CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY At House of Wax Tampa LLC, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our time and other clients, the following policy is strictly enforced: ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 90% service fee ⸻ No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 90% of the scheduled service. ⸻ Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled • This will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 90% service fee ⸻ Card on File A valid card is required to book appointments.
